What do I get in my survey package?

You will receive the following:

  • Your own personalised and unique URL link to complete surveys

  • A QR code that is directly linked to your survey URL – this is a new addition and feedback has been positive

  • Post completion of 15 or more surveys being completed we will collate your data and provide a report containing graphical analysis for each question.

  • The final document you receive is the ‘Patient experience survey confidentiality and CPD verification form’ that can be uploaded to the ANZCA website to receive 20 Practice Evaluation points.

How many survey responses do I need?

  • To meet the ANZCA requirements you will need a minimum of 15 patient survey responses. Many of our clients go above an beyond this number as they gain more insight from a larger pool of responses.

How often can I complete practice evaluation assessments?

  • Once completed, each of the practice evaluation assessments receives 20 points. If wanted, any of the above can be repeated in a given triennium to receive the required total of 40 Practice Evaluation points.

  • This means you can complete our surveys twice in a three-year CPD period. 

Do I need a feedback provider to discuss my survey results when completed?

  • It is recommended but not mandated by ANZCA that a feedback provider be used. We can provide a feedback provider if desired.
