At Medical Surveys we have one simple goal - to make post operative patient feedback collection simple. As one of the most beneficial ways to obtain CPD, initially we stated with paper based format but have recently simplified and streamline the whole process by creating a digital solution.

MEET THE TEAM

Founder

William Scott

William Scott is a founding member of Medical Surveys and has held the administration role since 2015. William has over 15 years’ experience across a wide range of state and local governments and businesses, including NAB and ANZ and the Department of Human Services. William is a Fellow of Finsia.

He has occupied various roles, including data management, data analysis and financial and KPI reporting. At Medical Surveys he manages day-to-day business activities and is your contact person for all inquiries.

Founder & Anaesthestist

Dr Emery

Greg is an Anaesthetist with over twenty years experience, working at both public and private hospitals within Melbourne.

His practice covers a wide range of surgical specialties and the ability to survey patients with a unique URL link or QR code has made accessing valuable patient feedback easy.

The survey report provides information that can highlight areas where changes may need to be made and is accredited for the ANZCA CPD, "Patient Experience Survey".

Chief Operating Officer

Nick Emery

Nick has completed a double degree in commerce and property real estate. He began his career and spent almost 5 years at a boutique financial advisory firm.

Nick saw the opportunity to help anaesthetists obtain patient data through an online survey and then producing professional report which is accredited for ANZCA CPD.

He now spends his time working on the business operations of Medical Surveys, consulting to small business and learning to code.
